Clinton County Regional Educational Services Agency is requesting bids from licensed asbestos abatement contractors to complete asbestos abatement work in specific areas of the CCRESA Educational Center as part of a renovation project. The scope of work includes removal and proper disposal of asbestos-containing ceiling materials, asbestos-containing wall materials, and asbestos-containing flooring. Northern Analytical Services, LLC has completed an asbestos survey and prepared a written asbestos abatement project design to identify the regulated materials and define the required abatement work. Painted surfaces in the work areas are known to contain lead-based paint, requiring appropriate contractor awareness and controls during demolition, removal, and waste-handling activities. This project supports renovation planning, asbestos removal, hazardous building materials management, lead paint safety, and environmental compliance for a public educational facility.
